“Not only did I buy a house, but I also found a key guide who was able to turn a simple purchase in Rome into my true life project.”

The sale story

A rare penthouse, finally in the right light
A rare penthouse, finally in the right light
For months, we’ve watched this penthouse in the Trieste area remain on the market.
It was hard not to notice it. A rare, light-filled property with features that are unusual for the neighbourhood and a presence that immediately stands out. Yet, despite its charm, it had not yet found the right buyer.
When we met the owner, we realised that the real obstacle wasn’t the house itself, but the way it had been interpreted and presented.
The rarity of the property had ultimately taken precedence over every other criterion, resulting in a valuation that was far removed from a realistic assessment of the market. Furthermore, the handling of enquiries, appointments and certain details relating to the property had failed to present the public with a fully clear and consistent picture.
Following our previous sales experience, we adopted a completely new approach.
We have studied every detail, redefined the positioning and developed a strategy that combines prestige, restraint and credibility. We didn’t simply want to showcase an exclusive penthouse, but to present it in the right way to the right people.
The result came in just two weeks.
For the owners, the completion of the sale represented much more than just a financial milestone. After a long wait that had held up important personal projects, they were finally able to look to the future with peace of mind.
Because luxury isn’t just about owning something rare.
It means recognising its value, protecting it and guiding it towards the outcome it deserves.

Voices from both sides
Satisfied on both sides.
“He managed to overcome my deep scepticism simply by presenting the facts. He met the estimated timeframe for the sale and the final price.”
I came across Leonardo Valori whilst I was still reeling from a terrible experience with a couple of other estate agents, to whom I’d entrusted the sale of a house I owned. Having ended my relationship with them, I decided to put my trust in Leonardo because he managed to overcome my deep scepticism and strong mistrust (built up during my previous experience) simply through his actions: he never tried to tempt me with unrealistic asking prices; from the very start, he clearly and comprehensively explained the sales strategy he’d devised for my flat; he promised to organise viewings in the least intrusive way possible, and he kept that promise; he answered every single one of my questions – and (if only because of my professional bias) I’m the sort of person who asks loads of them, perhaps even too many – without ever beating about the bush or trying to remain vague; he followed every stage of our working relationship step by step, day by day; he provided me with at least a couple of consultants who proved crucial in resolving certain technical difficulties; he adhered to two fundamental points: the projected timeframe for the sale and the final price. Throughout, he was always extremely approachable and available. And he managed to convey a sense of calm even in the face of the inevitable setbacks along the way and during those moments when (especially for the seller) it seems as though things will never move forward. This experience has allowed me to get to know an impeccable professional. It is a pleasure to be able to say today that a friendship has also developed as a result.
“Not only did I buy a house, but I also found a key guide who was able to turn a simple purchase in Rome into my true life project.”
Leonardo Valori guided me through the process of buying this house, and his advice was crucial. Rather than simply showing me properties, Leonardo took the time to listen to me and discuss my long-term plans with me, helping me to understand whether the property was truly the right choice as a pied-à-terre in Rome. Through a series of in-depth meetings and thanks to crucial advice from his interior designer, I was able to visualise the property’s full potential and dispel any doubts. It was only then that we were able to make an offer with complete confidence, which in turn set the process in motion with the dedicated adviser who supported us in concluding the deal smoothly and flawlessly.
