Data collected

We collect the data voluntarily provided through the contact form (name, email, telephone, message) for the sole purpose of responding to enquiries and managing the advisory relationship.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on the consent of the data subject. The data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes stated and in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Who processes the data

To operate the site we use suppliers who process data on our behalf, as data processors: Vercel (hosting of the site and of the management panel), Neon (database on which enquiries are stored) and Resend (delivery of the notification email to our team). The servers on which pages are served and data is stored are located in Germany, within the European Union.

The site measures visits through Vercel (Web Analytics and Speed Insights): the number of visits, the pages viewed, the referring site, country and device type, plus the loading speed actually experienced. This measurement uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device; to count unique visitors it derives a fingerprint from the request combined with a secret value that changes every day, so the following day the same visitor is no longer recognisable and no profile is built. It also records that a contact form has been submitted, together with the type of enquiry and the page it came from — never your name, email address, telephone number or message.

With your consent to statistical and marketing cookies, data is also shared with Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel), as described on the Cookie page. Without that consent, nothing is sent to them.

Rights of the data subject

You may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability by writing to the contact details of the data controller.
