The owner had already chosen us to buy a penthouse with panoramic views in the same area. Two very different homes, but linked by the same desire to experience something special.

When he fell in love with his new property, he decided to entrust us with the sale of the flat he already owned, which had just undergone a complete, top-quality refurbishment.

Fine marble, a jacuzzi, a sauna and cutting-edge technology made it feel as though you were living in a private suite every day. The setting also played its part in making it special, with a swimming pool, green spaces and security – amenities that only a few residential complexes in northern Rome still manage to offer to this extent.

The real challenge was not to highlight the quality of the design, which was evident from the moment you first walked in. It was to find people who could identify with the very distinct aesthetic choices regarding materials and colours, without feeling the need to change a thing.

We were therefore looking not just for a buyer, but for someone who could walk in and immediately feel at home.

Because not everyone has to like every house. They have to appeal to those who fully share that taste.
