A residence waiting to be rediscovered

For over fifteen years, this house has welcomed guests from all over the world as a high-end accommodation provider. Today, it is preparing to embark on a new chapter, alongside its owner, who has chosen to leave Rome with his wife to devote himself to a new life project.

He turned to us after following several sales transactions we had carried out in the area, involving properties similar to his in terms of features and location. Our first-hand knowledge of the local market enabled us to identify the property’s true potential right from the start, looking beyond its current use.

The challenge is precisely this: to make people see a home again in a building that, for years, has been viewed as an accommodation facility. To reinterpret the rooms, restore their sense of privacy, and show how they can be transformed into spaces for the everyday lives of those who will live there.

To round off the property, there is also something particularly rare in this part of Rome: a garage – a tangible asset that helps to make this home even more unique.
