An investment defended with clear-headedness, transforming complex negotiations between the company and its lawyers into an agreement that was entirely satisfactory to both parties.
The owner chose us after considering a number of different agencies, entrusting us with a property she had purchased as an investment and which therefore had a very specific objective: to realise the highest possible value on the market.
The negotiations involved two companies, both represented by their respective lawyers. The price, terms and payment schedule could have turned the discussions into a clash of positions.
Our task was to keep the dialogue grounded in reason, ensuring that pride did not take precedence over the parties’ genuine interests. Reminding everyone why that deal was in their best interests became the linchpin of the entire negotiation.
Thus, without compromising on value or exaggerating the differences, an agreement was reached to everyone’s satisfaction. Because in more structured negotiations, the best outcome does not come from those who are the most demanding, but from those who manage to keep everyone focused on the objective.
